4 Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited at jia99 via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major commercial banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
After a successful deposit, funds are generally added to the account quickly.

Depositing from another person's mobile banking or bank account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

The withdrawal process generally takes 10 to 45 minutes to complete.

Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.

Identity verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal request is processed.
Withdrawals are generally made via the same method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players at jia99 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳22,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 for a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing earnings from a bonus, you must meet a 20x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus earnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Each bonus offer may have its own expiry date and conditions.
Not all available games can be played with bonus funds — bonuses may be restricted to specific games.
It may not be possible to accept another bonus offer while one is already active.
jia99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at its discretion.

The highest VIP tier at jia99. Gold members enjoy up to 1.0% cashback per week along with exclusive benefits.

VIP tier is determined based on the player's overall activity.
Cashback is calculated weekly and paid subject to conditions.

7 Gaming Rules
